Questions?

  • What type of community is Sunny View?
Sunny View is a non-profit, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) designed for active seniors age 60 and over. It is fully licensed by the California Department of Social Services and accredited by the national Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, which means that the program and staff have passed rigorous standards of excellence.
  • How does the entrance fee plan work?
If you choose an entrance fee plan it is an initial investment in the future cost of your long-term care at Sunny View. Entry fees vary by type and size of accommodation. Our sales representative will assist you with additional information when you visit.
  • Must I pay an entrance fee to live at Sunny View?
You have a choice. We offer residents both a month-to-month rental option which doesn't include skilled nursing care or a Continuing Care contract option which also includes skilled nursing care. Our sales representative will assist you with additional information when you visit.
  • Can you describe your dining plan?
Our chef prepares three meals a day, which includes a variety of options.
  • Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes. Sunny View's dietician will meet with you and plan an individual food program at your request.
  • Can I have a pet?
Yes. We welcome pets. When you visit, our sales associate will explain our program to you in more detail.
