Sunny View?
Sunny View is a non-profit, Continuing Care
Retirement Community (CCRC) designed for active seniors age 60
and over. It is fully licensed by the California Department of
Social Services and accredited by the national Continuing Care
Accreditation Commission, which means that the program and staff
have passed rigorous standards of excellence.
- How does the entrance
fee plan work?
If you choose an entrance fee plan it is an initial
investment in the future cost of your long-term care at Sunny
View. Entry fees vary by type and size of accommodation. Our
sales representative will assist you with additional information
when you visit.
- Must I pay an entrance fee
to live at Sunny View?
You have a choice. We offer residents both a month-to-month rental
option which doesn't include skilled nursing care or a Continuing
Care contract option which also includes skilled nursing care. Our
sales representative will assist you with additional information
when you visit.
- Can you describe your dining
plan?
Our chef prepares
three meals a day, which includes a variety of options.
- Can you
accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes. Sunny View's dietician
will meet with you and plan an individual food program at your request.
- Can I have
a pet?
Yes. We welcome pets. When you visit, our sales associate
will explain our program to you in more detail.
