The Sunny View recreation and wellness teams cater to your mind, body and spirit with classes and events that celebrate life, life-long learning and aging with zest. Discover the hidden artist in you at our oil/acrylics class. Join a spirited discussion group, try your hand at a musical instrument or head to the fitness room to get your heart rate going on the treadmill or with our morning walking group. If you prefer, just spread out a blanket and enjoy the warm sunshine or choose a good book from the library and pick your favorite spot in the the sun room. At Sunny View, you can be as busy or as quiet, as you wish.

For many, aging is a spiritual journey. As part of our approach to wellbeing, there are spiritual support opportunities, including nondenominational services in our chapel, personal growth workshops, innovative educational programs, Bible studies and pastoral care services. Sunny View's unique Center for Aging and Spirituality offers a program dedicated to understanding aging as a spiritual journey.
